Interested Buyers
Homes in Harmony Village are privately owned, so the community has no legal power to force any homeowner to sell to the first person or any person on a waiting list. However, the community values having a cadre of interested buyers so that if, and when, a home becomes available, we know that we can find buyers who want to participate in community living. Interested buyers' names will be placed on a list which will be available to the homeowner.

Several homes have basement apartments. An interested renters list is maintained for use by homeowners, though there is no requirement for the list to be used if an apartment becomes available.
